2.) $60,000 annual income or less 102% loan as part of the rural program.

3.) $87,400 or less annual income for households of two persons.
    Households of three persons or more $102,400 (counting children and parents)

It is possible to get you into your dream home up to a value of $417,000. 97.5% to 100% home loans are available with 4.75% to 5.25% fixed interest rate or less based on your income and good credit.
